Prior to embarking on projects, we ask critical questions and collect valuable data about the deal source/Lead, evaluate the property for fit (construction /logistical challenges/permit processing and determine the multiple pathways for a successful completion.
We provide market analysis to our clients, including but not limited to ROI projections, as well as insights and knowledge about how specific improvements affect use and future sales) pro forma projections. We obtain necessary reports such as soil/geo-tech, structural evaluation, neighborhood report, survey etc (due diligence), financing guidance and finally a detailed plan for project execution.
With a deep data dependent approach, we are able to provide pre purchase advise to our clients/sponsors when applicable. Our analysis encompasses current and future goals/outcomes.
